About ProCaseStudies
Clients buy once and disappear. A lot of businesses sell multiple products and services. If they have a product sequence, they want a client to purchase Product A, then Product B, etc.
But most of the time clients buy the first product or service and then they simply disappear. No matter what you do, they never buy from you again.
We help turn these one-time clients into lifetime customers We do this by identifying the core issues that trigger the uncertainty keeping your clients from buying. We also suggest ways you can reduce or reverse the risk inherent in the transaction.
About Me
I’m fortunate that my work involves speaking with those who truly love what they do. After completing a client interview I often pause and reflect on how much fun running this business has become. I love interviewing my clients’ customers, crafting the case studies; knowing that the results keeps customers returning for a long time to come.
The other reason is it allows me to be home in the afternoons when Justin gets home from school. When you’re a single parent and responsible 24/7 for the welfare and development of the next Elvis, it helps to have a schedule that allows for guitar lessons, little league baseball practice, and afternoons sipping coffee at Starbucks together (no Sumatra for him yet, he’s a milk guy).
My Mission Statement
Over ten years ago, I developed a personal mission statement that serves as a guide by which I live my life. It not only guides my personal life, but my business as well.
“I will live my life in a manner that teaches my children the meaning of love, honesty, and truth. Along the way, I will strive:
- To lead them by example
- To acquire wisdom
- To pursue truth, and
- To love unconditionally
Some time later, on my 45th birthday, I added what I called The Second Forty-Five Clause:
“The next forty-five years will be nothing like the first forty-five. I will live near the ocean and reject a land-locked existence; I will pursue work that is driven by passion not necessity, and become really, really funny!”
The jury is still out on that last one. But ‘Little Elvis’ thinks I’m funny.

And speaking of Little Elvis, here’s a glimpse into the other side of our lives.
